I'm passionate about marketing, and I've spent my career promoting, selling, pitching and persuading.

It took me a long time to take pride in my craft - but marketing has always excited me because it feels like solving a problem or putting together a puzzle. After making the (very natural) leap to luxury real estate, I kept noticing my colleagues were overwhelmed with marketing themselves: where to start, what to do, how to do it.

So I put together some training and resources (Marketing Support for Advisors) to offer 1:1 help.

And then I polished and pivoted the speaking and workshops I did in the corporate world over to real estate.

I'd love to help your shop or team get a better handle on how to tell the story of what you already do so well.

Before making the transition to real estate, I spent 25 years in leadership roles across an array of sectors: supporting and building teams in the fields of tourism, hospitality, community development, nonprofit and marketing.

Along the way, I spoke at industry conferences, led workshops and breakout sessions, hosted podcasts, facilitated panels, delivered speaking engagements and often became the "call Beth, she'll do it" choice for TV appearances.

Workshops and speaking engagements allow me to take marketing full circle by converting a room of doubters or helping people grasp an elusive concept.

HOW I CHARGE

The short version: I make my living in real estate, so I simply aim to cover my basic costs and time.

I'll be transparent: I'm in it to visit new places and meet lots of great people along the way!

Virtual:

- $250 - $400 for workshops & webinars

In person:

- $500 - $1,000 (with travel covered for me)

- $1,500 - $2,500 (if I arrange travel myself)

I am exceptionally flexible and happy to discuss and negotiate. For developing custom topics, I typically just cover a couple hours of my time.
