Our brand offers incredible resources... and I intuitively understood them and started using them right away. But I kept noticing my colleagues were overwhelmed. I wanted to help, but without getting pulled in 50 directions (and neglecting my own business).

HERE TO HELP

Before making the transition to real estate, I spent 25 years in various marketing-related functions: nonprofit PR, events and fundraising, community development, economic development, sales and tourism. I was a very early adopter of social media and blogs, and I taught myself to build websites and brands. This ultimately led to running my own marketing consultancy and building an agency in the social media, influencer, shopper marketing and consumer insights world.

I'm uniquely positioned to understand how real estate advisors need to market themselves, build a personal brand, develop prospective clients and promote listings. The Daily Do is a simple, actionable weekday tip to build or better your business.

It's perfect for you if you like the idea of one simple, daily task to market yourself for $10 per month.

That's more than 250 action items delivered to you every working day across a year: exactly what to do and how to do it, typically in less than 10 minutes a day and specific to our E&V brand and ways of working.

$30 per quarter (or pay $120 for the year and get some extra goodies).

SEMI-ANNUAL SUPPORT

(DO IT MYSELF)

Best if: you work a plan pretty well on your own, but want a little nudging to keep you on track for around $50/month

- Together, we write the bones of your marketing strategy (90 mins)
- We reconvene for a midyear check in to assess progress (90 mins)
- Includes daily tip email & quarterly summary
- Includes LinkedIn/Instagram audit & personalized action plan

Annual cost: $500 (if pre-paid) or $150 paid quarterly ($600/year)

QUARTERLY SUPPORT

(DO IT WITH ME)

Best if: you're comfortable executing a plan but want some systematic accountability and support for around $100/month

- We meet and discuss your marketing strategy (start any time of year)
- I provide a plan for you along with tips and resources for you to execute it
- We meet for an hour each quarter to assess progress & tackle road blocks
- Includes daily tip email & quarterly summary
- Includes LinkedIn/Instagram audit & personalized action plan

Annual cost: $1,000 (if pre-paid) or $300 per quarter ($1,200/year)

MONTHLY SUPPORT

(DO IT FOR ME)

Best if: you want more one on one direction, guidance and a clear action plan with ongoing support for around $250/month

- Two work sessions: annual planning and mid-year check-in (90 mins each)

- I provide a plan for you along with tips and resources for you to execute it
- 10 monthly work sessions including recap email with action items and tips
- Our work includes your recommended community engagement strategy
- Audit of past/current marketing efforts & online presence (web, email, blog)
