Type A? You're My Type.

You've probably heard the phrase "you're not for everyone."
As a society, we've started to get a little more open and accepting of the idea that not everyone needs to like us.
As a realtor, it's often assumed that you want to work with anyone who wants your services. But since making the move into this industry, I have been reminded that I am not for everyone, and everyone is not for me.
My past life in the shopper marketing/agency world was very fast-paced. I've learned that serves me incredibly well in real estate. Most realtors don't come from a corporate background and are likely not accustomed to the idea of "moving at the speed of Walmart..." (i.e. very fast).
It turns out I attract Type A clients... and I'm here for more of it.
-
They know what they want.
-
They're experts in their field and trust me to be expert in mine.
-
They value my bulleted, very detailed communication.
-
They appreciate (and expect) my speedy follow up.
-
They're good financial stewards and understand negotiation.
-
Their time is limited, and they like my proactive style.
-
Their jobs are demanding, and I speak their language.
If that sounds like you, we are going to work very, very well together. Here's more on why.
Let me know if I can roll up my sleeves and get to work on your behalf!
