In real estate, there are buyer's agents (helping people buy a home) and listing agents (those of us who sell homes).

And yes, of course - most realtors should do both well. But listings can be pretty tough, and only a handful of realtors are truly great at listings.

I excel with listings.

Here's why:

1. I am a marketer.

Selling a home often boils down to marketing. Yes, even in a seller's market.

Great photography, well-written property descriptions, proactive personal outreach to prospective buyers and strategic promotion are all essential.

2. I am a salesperson.

It takes more than a sign in the yard to sell a home.

One of my current listing clients told me I did more for them in a single home than their past agent did in six full months. I have a "guerilla marketing" mindset toward every home I list, and I hustle on your behalf.

3. I am an advisor, not an agent.

Real estate agents throw a sign in the yard and a lockbox on the door.

I am not an agent. I'm an advisor, which means I am your guide... and it's my job to be informed, savvy, forward-thinking and proactive.

I look objectively at every listing and make clear recommendations:

Simplifying and staging (when necessary)
Prepping for photography
Assessing the competition
Intentional pricing strategy
Maximizing PR and promotion

4. I have higher standards.

Yes, I have buyer clients too - and I love helping people find the perfect home in Northwest Arkansas. But I'm strategic about how I do it and who I serve.
