Owning Oz: A Workshop For Homebuyers

Earlier this year, we received an interesting data point: at the time, nearly 30,000 people in Benton and Washington counties were financially qualified to purchase a home... but likely waiting on something (such as an interest rate drop, a life event or an anticipated bonus) to press them into action.

As summer draws to a close, election uncertainty bubbles and rates have started dropping, we are indeed seeing buyers and sellers coming out of the woodwork.

Northwest Arkansas is a particularly interesting place: so many people move here for what they think will be a short (aka two year) stint and then end up falling in love with something about the area or finding a more lucrative or fulfilling job here.

Regardless of the reasons and motivations, NWA residents often find themselves poised to make that first (or second) home purchase but a little overwhelmed by the process.

To that end, we're hosting Owning Oz: A Workshop for Homebuyers. Join us for Oktoberfest themed appetizers and drinks along with a relaxed atmosphere to learn and ask questions in a completely non-intimidating environment.
