Kansas City Parade of Homes

This spring, I was invited to become a judge for the Kansas City Parade of Homes.

Spoiler: it's the largest in the U.S. with over 300 homes featured... and there are two shows per year!

The spring show was a blast, and I learned a lot about how to judge, what to look for... and most importantly, all the biggest trends in real estate, design, decor and homebuilding. I also learned that the general expectation of judges is that you do it until you're no longer upright and breathing.

So... I'll be returning as a judge for the fall show.

Judging takes place September 17 - 19, and the show is open to the public the following week.
